The Story Behind Our Light, Flavorful Crust
Our pizza dough is made with carefully selected flour, creating a crust that is light, flavorful, and delicious. The story behind it began with an unexpected discovery during Hurricane Harvey.
When our regular suppliers couldn't deliver ingredients and shelves were nearly empty, I visited local supermarkets. The only flour I could find had less gluten than the flour we normally used.
By God's grace, that unexpected discovery made our pizza even better: lighter, tastier, and with a wonderful texture.
We've used that flour ever since. What began as a necessity became a lasting part of our kitchen, giving every pizza the light texture and delicious flavor we love sharing with you.
Rooted in the Spring community
Formerly My Pizzeria, this neighborhood fixture has earned Nextdoor Fave Awards every year from 2017 through 2026, because the community keeps coming back. Fabio visits every table personally, and that's not changing.
The meatballs that won an award
In 2023, the kitchen took home the National Meatball Day Best Meatballs award — recognition that only comes from making something the right way, every time.
