At Fabio’s in Spring, Texas, we make everything fresh to order, from brick oven pizzas to homemade pastas and calzones. Our signature crust began with an unexpected discovery during Hurricane Harvey. When suppliers couldn’t deliver, Chef Fabio found a different flour at a local supermarket. By God’s grace, it created a lighter, more flavorful crust with a wonderful texture. We’ve used that flour ever since.

We decided to try this restaurant out for the pizza, but the spaghetti and meatballs were amazing too!!! The sauce was authentic Italian and the meatballs delicious. The pizza crust was perfect and the toppings very fresh. For dessert we had the cannolis and Zeppole did not disappoint. We really enjoyed the appetizer board which let us all try a bite of all the appetizers. The owner, Fabio, is very kind, service was great and prices were just right. We will return soon!

It is difficult to put into words how phenomenal your experience will be here at My Pizzeria. I come here once a week for lunch and every time I go here I always leave knowing it was worth every penny. The highlight of this place is absolutely the Chicken Alfredo, they hands down have the best Chicken Alfredo in all of Northwest Houston. It's near perfect and is a must have! You must visit this restaurant. The service, food quality, and atmosphere is top notch.

Finally decided to give this place a try, after reading the reviews- it did not disappoint! My wife had an Amore pizza, the toppings were fresh and the crust was perfection. The kids had spaghetti and meatballs which they devoured. I had a calzone, it was very good. The ambience was nice, the staff great and we all loved the Italian music! We can’t wait to go back and hopefully meet Fabio, we’ve heard great things about him and he runs a nice place.

I ordered the Halal Supreme Pizza, and I am so happy to say that I no longer have to make my own pizza at home. I’m obsessed, and I can’t wait to try other items. I found this accidentally and it’s the best thing to ever happen to me.
